Leslie von Leuthenthal is a beautiful 10 month old German Shepherd. This elegant sensitive lady can be a bit shy and cautious at first but, once she understands the environment, she opens up and shows her personality. She is a very manageable size and has a mid-level energy, and is very social and friendly with other dogs. We think Leslie would appreciate another dog in her home as she seems to feel  more secure with another dog nearby. She accepts treats gently and is quickly learning her sit command. It turns out she could get used to pets and scratching.  On leash for a walk, Leslie takes the heel position and is very comfortable walking with a large group of dogs, meeting them face-to-face with no issues at all. She enjoys being off leash in the play yard, where she is free to explore the area on her own at her leisure and, if she wishes, politely socialize with the other dogs. She is responsive to corrections on or off leash.   Leslie would like to put her trust in someone who will help her achieve her true potential as a fine canine sophisticate.
